Michal Edelkopf is the founder of Edelkopf Law, a Miami-based law firm representing businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals in commercial litigation matters, as well as buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
Prior to founding Edelkopf Law, Michal practiced civil litigation, representing clients in a variety of disputes and developing strong skills in legal research, advocacy, and case strategy. She also gained experience drafting and negotiating contracts, which enhances her ability to identify legal issues, assess risk, and provide practical, detail-oriented counsel in both commercial disputes and residential real estate transactions.
Michal holds law degrees from both Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia, and Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Her international educational background and U.S. legal training provide a broad foundation for the thoughtful legal analysis and practical problem-solving she brings to every client matter.
Michal’s practice focuses on delivering clear, practical legal guidance and helping clients resolve disputes and complete residential real estate transactions efficiently and effectively.
Outside of her practice, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and four children.
